Processing/Shipping:

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Due to Worldwide issues, items may be delayed so please allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping. Thank you for you patience!

 

Damaged/Lost Packages:

Here at Cloudy Cosmetics, we inspect every single order before packaging. Once items are sent out, Cloudy Cosmetics is Not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. We are Not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at cloudycosmetics4@gmail.com. If you have not contacted us within 24 hours with the correct address after the confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.
